Outside of my YouTube videos, I’m a playwright, comedian, and freelance writer. I’ve been lucky to write, in some form or another, for Funny or Die, BustedTees, IFC, Verizon, Hallmark, Hasbro, Busch beer, and Nuts.com’s roast of nuts, among others. Highlights include this award-winning ad, this commissioned romance novel, this ad I just really like, and this made-for-tv rom-com.
I’ve gotten to write or co-write and direct a number of original plays and musicals for The Peoples Improv Theater, including Curling The Musical, Soup Man: The Ted Cruzical, Glengarry Glen Escalator, Pluto Is Missing! A Not-So-Planetary Musical and Me and My Birdie: An Ornithological Rock Opera. My plays have been read or produced at Classical Theatre of Harlem’s Playwrights Playground, The Playwrights Loft, Rising Sun Performance Company, Horse & Cart Theater, The Bus Stop Theater, Little Fish Theater, and SWAN Day Boston. And I’m proud to co-host the Witchcast Podcast, a podcast about modern ideas and practices in the wide world of witchcraft, with my BFF Kate Moran.
